Description

It would be neat to have a SIPB apt repo for stuff that doesn't quite belong in Debathena but doesn't quite belong in a locker. This can be something in AFS managed with the Debathena build suite, or a Launchpad PPA, or whatever.

tboning and I are going to work on this this summer, with the first iteration as a reprepro-managed repository in AFS (similar to Debathena's repo). I have asked for the sipb-apt-repo volume in the SIPB cell. We can bikeshed about names and URIs later.

I created a ​SIPB Launchpad team from which we could serve PPAs for Ubuntu, which is pretty easy and better than nothing.
