The links to user pages of e.g. *MichaelBanck* or *GianlucaGuida* don't work, as they're
being linked to <http://www.bddebian.com/~wiki/user/MichaelBanck>, whereas it should be
<http://www.bddebian.com/~wiki/user/michaelbanck>.
