+slot `SIDEBAR` in the template: basically, a page `foo.mdwn` says
+`\[[!fillslot slot=myslot]]` and then its contents should go into `<TMPL_VAR
+SLOT_MYSLOT>` for all pages. Ideally, this can then be overridden, so if
