+    use lib '/usr/local/ikiwiki-3.20100312/share/perl/5.10.0';
+
+This is not true for ikiwiki-transition:
+
+    $ PATH=/usr/local/ikiwiki-3.20100312/bin ikiwiki-transition prefix_directives ikiwiki.setup
