+But posts doesn't exist, I get the following in index.html
+

+    <input type="hidden" name="from" value="" />
+    <input type="hidden" name="subpage" value="1" />
+
+When I create posts (touch posts.mdwn), I get the following in index.html
+
+    <input type="hidden" name="do" value="blog" />
+    <input type="hidden" name="from" value="posts" />
+    <input type="hidden" name="subpage" value="1" />
+
