   3 Any member of the MIT community is eligible to be a member of SIPB. A member
   4 [[becomes a keyholding member|join]] (keyholder) by becoming [[involved in SIPB|projects]], getting nominated, and
   5 being elected to keyholding status. Only student keyholders can vote in elections (and only
   6 student keyholders can become officers), though a substantial portion of our active
   7 membership are non-students (alumni, etc).
