   4 [[becomes a member|join]] by becoming [[involved in SIPB|projects]], getting nominated, and
   5 being elected to the membership. Only students are voting members (and only
   6 students can be officers), though a substantial portion of our active
   7 membership are non-students (alumni, etc).
