Fixed a remaining typo and replaced all h1's with h2's to side-step a
rendering "misfeature"

Created a (x)html version of AFS and You because the markdown can't accomodate
all the formatting used in the Trac version. Hopefully, this is a temporary
solution.

This is also the first file to be added as html. Here's hoping it doesn't
break everything.
