#21 new project

Github issue zephyrs

Description

We have the infrastructure to zephyr on Github commits (https://zcom.mit.edu/) and Trac ticket updates (http://snippets.scripts.mit.edu/gitweb.cgi/.git/tree/HEAD:/TracZephyrPlugin), but not Github issue updates. I'm not sure that Github has a good way to do this, but you could probably do something sketchy with mail_scripts if nothing else.

Barnowl wants this (http://barnowl.mit.edu/ticket/257).

AFAICT, unlike commits, hooks for issue changes can't be done from the web interface. Instead, you need to use the API (http://developer.github.com/v3/repos/hooks/). According to that page, payloads look like the Events API, and if we wanted more data we could presumably use the Issues API.

This project could totally be part of zcommit (I'm happy to hand out bits to somebody with a prototype) or something new.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
